Unigom acquires Deltagom

Unigom has signed an agreement for the acquisition of a majority share of Deltagom, a company from Rivarossa (TO) which has been dedicated to the rubber metal sector since its inception.

The acquisition will entail a substantial investment plan aimed at increasing Deltagom’s production and logistics capacity, as well as strengthening and expanding the range of suspension arms and stabilizer bars. The aim of the new partnership will therefore be to combine the precious know-how of Unigom with that of Deltagom, to increasingly satisfy customer needs.
