National Manager Award for Quality, Unigom among the finalists

It’s an honor conferred in order to recognize the management contribution to the success of companies , given the mutual commitment to the spread and enhancement of managerial  culture and  Quality as a central element , strategic for the competitiveness of companies and reiterated the need to promote a more adequate governance of companies for the improvement  of  company  safety  and health conditions.

These recognitions  are intended to reward Managers  whose work has been decisive in the execution of implementation projects and development of Quality, Environment, Safety  business management systems and integrated systems or models of excellence such as EFQM and/or SEI  SIGMA which have allowed the achievement of successful results for their company.

In the evaluation criteria adopted a particular importance has been given to the results obtained from the application of the project nominated for the prize: increases in turnover,company profits, cost reductions .Only projects already carried out on Italian sites have been evaluated , projects  for which competitors have showed the improvements achieved.
